tips for a shredded body

blah blah ... guess it's enough of the copy paste stuff... personally i do think many youngsters are kinda addicted to junk food ( of course i do love 'em) n' here's a piece of advise i'd like to give to you guys... no matter how hard you exercise or what... your flab wouldn't melt off pretty easy without a proper diet... so all you have to do is... follow these rules 1. strictly ..no oily food 2.if you wanna get a lean look ...you gotta avoid red meat food stuff also..( even though they are said to be good for building up muscle) 3.stay healthy 4.eat healthy 5. eat plenty of protein containing materials like egg white, soya bean, chicken, milk etc 6. do drink plenty of water 7.get a good night sleep ...( atleast 8 hours a day) 8. try making a schedule for your exercise ..(for eg. monday chest, tuesday wings n' shoulders, wednesday thighs, calves... like that) hope you guys did enjoy ma tips... :) (sorry folks.. guess..that's all for now) thanks fo...
